The hotel is located in the town of Herceg Novi, in the most prestigious area of Savina, surrounded by greenery and exquisite Mediterranean plants on the waterfront. A complex of 6-level hotel and restaurant, the entrance from the main road, faces the sea and the embankment. The hotel has 16 rooms (40-55 m2), all with balconies, telephone, TV, DVD, air conditioning. In the building of the hotel is located the owner's apartment, occupying a separate floor, with an area of 210 m2. There are 5 rooms for staff accommodation. On the second level there is a large swimming pool with a magnificent, panoramic terrace of 203 m2 and a cafe-bar with a terrace of 160 m2. Around there is a free part of the plot with a garden and terraces for rest. On the first level there is a large restaurant "Aquarius" for 180 seats, an open "fast food" pizzeria, a summer terrace on the embankment of 400 m2. Also, on the first floor there is a boiler house, which operates from solar panels.

The total land area is 1310 m2. The total area of the buildings is 1420 m2 + balconies in the apartment of 250 m2.
