Selling 3 large plots in Kunje area of Bar, Montenegro. Plots are located the on the sea side of Komina hill, couple of meters from the beach. Komina hill is positioned between the popular beaches of Veliki Pjesak and Utjeha. Its 15 minutes from the center of Bar and form the center of Ulcinj respectively. Plots are located 5 minutes of dirt drive from the main road.
Plots area measures 8000m2, 2000m2 and 8400m2. The price is set up at 100 euros per m2 but we are very flexible and looking to sell as soon as possible !
If you are interested in buying a smaller plot we are planning on dividing all the land in smaller house like plots.
