World's most expensive luxury complex is being built in Monaco

Lack of available real estate in Monaco and inflation in housing pushed the Prince Albert II of Monaco to the implementation of major construction projects in the principality, reports The Monaco Times.

First of all, it is planned to finish the world's most expensive luxury complex Odeon Tower, which is worth €500 million. Investment in the project will be supported by the mayor of Monaco and his deputy.

The skyscraper will have house offices, public apartments, swimming pool, Turkish bath, sauna, spa-salon and fitness club. The total area of the Odeon Tower is 50,000 square meters. In addition, the winding engineering idea has led to the creation of a five-story luxury penthouse valued at €300 million.

Now 16 of 24 apartments remain free in Odeon Tower, 8 - already have owners. The prices are hardly available: one square meter of real estate in a skyscraper costs from €55,000 to €70,000.
