Macedonia to sell at least 100 business offices

The Macedonian government will sell at least 100 state business centers with the total area of ​​7,253 sq.m, and the prices – from €100 to €150 per sq.m in the ground floor and about €2,500 in two buildings in the center of Skopje. All properties are estimated at 300 million Macedonian denars (about €4.9 million), ee24.com reports citing macedoniaonline.eu and balkans.com.

The property sale will take place in Skopje (22 objects), Kicevo (11), Kumanovo (9), Tetovo (8), Bitola (8), Štip (7), Prilep (6), Negotino (6) and others. According to the authorities, the action will improve the business climate in Macedonia. The objects will be put up for auction in March 2015.
