An established set of modern heating equipment using the latest technology from companies such as «ALFA Laval»,

«ELBI», «Danfoss» and «Grundfos» optimally allocate and remotely control the heating of the building. All communication conducted heating and replaced on all 5 floors of the building. In addition to the above heating system on the roof of the building installed a system of 24 «OEM Vario» solar panels from leading German manufacturers «AkoTec» and «Resol». Working with the established modern heating equipment, this system allows to achieve up to 80% energy savings as compared to conventional heating systems.

It is the only hotel in Ventspils, equipped like a high-tech heating complex.
