Riga City Council proceeds the crime prevention. Deputies decided to install CCTV cameras on cemetaries, reports ee24.com citing baltic-course.com.
One of the companies responsible for the installation of cameras will be able to earn good money. Applications will be accepted until August 25, and conditions are strict: work in continuous recording mode, the presence of motion sensors and the ability to inspect the materials remotely, without having to physically read the data from the cameras.
The "innovative" scheme will be applied in the six urban cemeteries. The amount that the authorities are willing to spend on the implementation of plans, was not disclosed.
