A walk from the residence to the centre of Jūrmala city takes 15 minutes and the sea is located at a 3 minutes walk from the residence.     The authors of the project: "Before we started to work on developing the project we surveyed the whole quarter around the house and also the nearby areas. The buildings set close to Vivaldi Platinum project have two to five floors, therefore this building fits nicely in the surroundings and complies with the nature of Jūrmala. It literally melts in the landscape.   When we developed plans of individual apartments we paid special attention to ensuring the sunshine in each of them. Apartments face different directions. At the same time, the building is placed in such a way that allowed to save the old oak trees on this land plot. We have stepped back from the prominent trees and therefore the house is not located close to the street, but rather inwards the land plot.   Terraces are located on the Southern side of the house and separated by blinds allowing to enjoy a slow breakfast on weekend mornings. The parking is underground; as there are very few free land plots in Jūrmala, it would have been very inefficient to use the scare resource for building a parking lot. From the parking there is a convenient access by elevator to all the apartments, also the entrance to the underground parking is well considered and convenient. A closed playground has been constructed for families with children; it is located on the sea side away from the road.   All the apartments in the project have one floor. The spacious 3 and 4 room apartments have big enough living rooms to make it possible to separate the kitchen area from the guest room. It is very convenient for those who do not favour the studio type combined living rooms. Kitchens are light, with windows. It is also possible to merge a kitchen with a terrace. There are several versions of plans. The minimum width of rooms is 3.4 metres allowing the functional use of the area.   When we were designing this project in the historical silent centre of Jūrmala, we thought in particular about the families who will live here and provided an opportunity for them to adjust the living space to their needs."
