On the road to Montecarlo, in an area known for its wines and excellent restaurants and about 15 minutes from Lucca, this converted winery is located on a hill and has 2 storey all with private gardens and independent entrances.
The swimming pool and grounds have great views and are shared between all the guests.
The pool is available to use from the middle of May to the middle of October each year. Each apartment also has its own private parking. Montecarlo, a medieval village, is just 1.5km away. You can walk to it and enjoy the Tuscan countryside and views as you go. All around are vineyards, olive trees and flowers. Montecarlo is renowned for its wine production and a lot of farms can be visited nearby.
Montecarlo is the main village of the Wine Route and in the historical centre you can find various winery shops selling local wine and typical foods. Every September there is wine festival. Lucca is about 15km and can be reached by car in about 15-20 minutes.
Renovated to a high standard, the property is cool and airy in summer and warm in winter.
On the ground floor, there is a comfortable living room and a separate, fully fitted kitchen/dining room. On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms, furnished in Tuscan style with comfortable wrought iron beds and two bathrooms. Small private garden where you can eat al fresco whilst enjoying splendid views all around.
