Bolgherese Winery is an active running winery placed in the heart of Bolgheri, one of Italy’s most prestigious wine areas, where labels like Sassicaia, Masseto, Ornellaia are produced.

Bolgherese Winery comprises the winery, 2 buildings which are not in use, and numerous lands.

The buildings cover a total of 6.500 cubic metres and need to be demolished. This volume can be used for building a new winery and a residential building.
There is also the possibility to build an underground cellar.

The land comprises 24 hectares, of which 15 hectares are vineyards, and another 2,5 hectares are available for more vines to be planted.

The wine produced here has DOC (mainly Bolgheri Superiore) and IGT certifications.
The Bolgheri Superiore/ Base rights are not on the market.
The IGT rights are sold separately. They can be acquired at about 3.000 €/ hectare.

The annual wine production is 75.000 bottles. And this production can be increased.
