The VILLA is split into two independent units. The B side is our home. The A side is used as a holiday home and for events by the pool. In the heart of Sicily stands this delightful holiday home where you can spend pleasant days in relaxation and tranquillity. We are next to the mythical Lake Pergusa; this is the only natural basin on the whole island and is breathtakingly beautiful in all seasons. Alongside is the famous racetrack that hosts national and international competitions and well-known music events with the most famous stars. The city of Enna is only 4km away. It’s a wonderful little town to discover, and close to the island’s most famous cities and beaches such as Taormina, Cefalù, Syracuse, Catania, and Palermo. The holiday home sleeps up to 14. All the features of the villa are at guests’ disposal, including the fully-fitted kitchen, and 90 sq.m. living room with wood-burning fireplace. Outside there is plenty of parking space (25 cars), barbecue, wood-burning oven, solarium, garden, covered veranda for events of up to 120 people, a large poolside space for 140 people, and an outdoor professional kitchen fitted with everything you need for events with the best catering in Sicily. The B side is our home, made up of a kitchen, 120 sq.m. living room, bathroom, and 50 sq.m. veranda on the ground floor. On the first floor is a double suite, 2 bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms. 120 sq.m. attic with a bathroom suite, fitness area, and walk-in wardrobe. NB B SIDE BUILT IN 2013
