According to Property Wire portal, there is an island for sale in the lagoon off Venice, which is a rare opportunity for developers and real estate investors.
There are 3,500 square meters of existing historical structures in the island and the potential of an additional 4,500 square meters of new construction. The asking price is 28 000 000 euros. The main use designations permitted by the local regulatory plan are residential, hospitality and offices.
