Marcello Mastroianni's villa is put up for sale in Italy

Daughters of the famous actor Marcello Mastroianni give an excellent opportunity to admirers of his talent: villa in Pescaglia (province of Lucca in Tuscany) has put up for sale for €1.2 million, according to the ee24.com portal.

The villa, built in XVIII century in the Tuscan style, was bought by Mastroianni in 1974. Today it is owned by his daughters Chiara and Barbara, who can't spend much time in the country and don't support the villa in good condition.

The area of three-storey house is 860 sq.m, and territory – 24 hectares. The estate consists of the house, as well as greenhouses, chapels and big swimming pool. Of course, all it is surrounded by a park, part of which is an untouched forest, the other part – olive groves and vineyards.
