New hotel, 1200 sq. m, construction and finish which is recently completed. There is so far only of furniture and equipment. This is the only four-star hotel in this zone. In hotel: 62 rooms (single and double), 10 suites, 2 two-bedroom apartment (2 large bedrooms and a living room with kitchen American type), 2 two-bedroom apartments (bedroom + living room with kitchen). On the ground floor: a spacious hall, a bar, a hall for breakfasts, a restaurant, conference hall with 60 seats (it can be used as the second hall of the restaurant). On the second floor: a gym, a Spa area with sauna, Turkish bath, showers, locker rooms. On the third floor there is a relaxation area with armchairs, tables. On floors 4-7 are rooms each has a bathroom with shower and balcony (56 with sea view and 16 with mountain views). Room size 17 sq. m. air Conditioned. On the top floor Solarium with Jacuzzi, a bar and free zone for the holidays, parties, concerts. Floors connect the two modern elevators.
On site is a large indoor pool (90 sqm), which in the summer can be open. There is underground Parking for 52 cars and covered Parking for 22 cars. Thus, all the rooms are provided with a Parking place.
The hotel is located 50 metres from the sea. Pietra Ligure (ital. Pietra Ligure is a comune in the Italian region Liguria in province of Savona. The patron Saint of the village is considered a Saint Nicola di Mira.
