While most of Europe is suffering from the crisis, the situation in the real estate market in Italy becomes more and more stable. Of course, the crisis has affected both our country and some areas are still unable to get out of this state. But some regions of Italy weren’t affected by crisis and continue to develop.

Against the background of all Italian regions stands Tuscany, where the crisis was almost unnoticeable. The wonderful climate, nature, history and culture of this region attract buyers, despite of crisis or another conditions.
