The house to be sold on the photo was built from 2008 to 2009, one of the houses built directly on the valley of Bükkös creek.
The plot and the house are located at 1,5 kilometres from the old town of Szentendre, and at 2 kilometres from the Danube. It is about at the same distance from forest roads, where one can ride bicycle in marvellous mountain and forest environment, at smaller or longer distances, or walk.
The plot is 579 m2, 20 m wide and 30 m long.
