Company "Deloitte" has studied housing affordability for the average European. As basis was taken housing in a new building of 70 sq.m. area.

The most expensive 70-meters apartment is in France – 9,1 average annual incomes; in Germany, Netherlands and Czech Republic - 7 average annual incomes.

To purchase an apartment of 70 sq.m. area in new building in Denmark, one has to pay 2,4 average annual incomes.

In Prague value of 1 sq.m. of property is about 2500 euro, which making the Czech capital the most expensive city in Eastern Europe. In Paris square meter of property will cost 8500 euros.

Cheapest new apartment according to research results can be found in Budapest - 940 euros per sq.m..
