An uninhabited Greek island of Little Lesbos in the Aegean Sea is put up for sale for €800,000. It's located approx. 200 meters from the Pamfila village on Lesbos Island and not far from the territory of Turkey. A future owner must obtain permission to build a house, the ee24.com informs citing Daily Mail.
Previously, the island was put up for sale in the domestic real estate market in Greece, but it did't find a buyer. Now the owner of Little Lesbos intends to find a foreign buyer. The area of uninhabited island is 6.47 hectares, and the price is comparable to London townhouse or big apartment in Paris.
