In France, the ski slope is on sale for €550,000

Always dreamed about your personal ski slope? Or would you like to perfect your skills without the people get in the way? Then you head to Auvergne, where a ski slope is for sale. The entire set of winter pleasures - for €550,000.

Portal Complete France reports that track Lodges des Gardes, in the village of Laprugne in Allier, is 2 kilometers of slopes and 20 kilometers of trails for cross-country races. In addition to the actual routes there is a cafe with pancakes, ski rental for 500 pairs, three ski lifts and a few snowmobiles.

This slope belonged to Mark Trankaru French businessman since 2001, when he decided to sell the property in a rather unusual way. He posted it on www.leboncoin.fr which is known for selling low-priced goods and services.

It is noted that at the time the purchase of such a complex is particularly advantageous because the cost of the Alpine property is growing steadily in recent years. And if the businessman will open access to the track, the complex will pay off in a few years. The seller claims that the working trail brings him an annual income of around €200,000.
