Description of the plot: the plot of 40 acres located on the shores of the pristine lake Saimaa, the largest in Finland. Sandy beach and gentle slope into the water creating it an ideal place for children. The coastline extends to the South-West side. The courtyard is decorated with ornamental plants, berry bushes, wild grapes. Conducted street lighting, even on the pier you can turn on the lights and create a romantic atmosphere.

Due to the natural topography and the design of the house, the entrance is made with the first and from the second floor.

A bath complex with steam room, shower room, toilet, domestic bathroom
On 2nd floor: living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, hallway, separate toilet, dressing room, terrace with lake view
The kitchen was renovated in 2006 and equipped with necessary appliances: refrigerator, freezer, hob, extractor, oven, dishwasher.
In 2007 was renovated first floor.
Coastal bath: half is located directly above the water, which is a rarity. Sitting on the terrace, feeling as if floating on the vast expanses of Saimaa. Straight from the sauna to the lake down stage - diving after bath, it is an indescribable feeling.
