Real estate in Finland is slightly getting cheaper

Property prices in Finland continue slight decline since Q2 2014. According to new data, the capital region, "dipped" by 1.3% QOQ, but generally housing in the country of a thousand lakes got cheaper by 0.7% (Q3 2014). Such data are published by Statistics Finland, informs the ee24.com.

The real estate prices in Finland have slightly fallen if compared to Q3 2013, in the whole country by 1% and in the capital region by 0.8%.

Despite the slight decline, property in Helsinki and its surroundings is still very expensive. The average cost of a "square" in the metropolitan area is €3,500.
