Finland sells the city property

The bad economic situation forced the authorities to sell the state property. Earned money will be spent on the maintenance of schools and kindergartens. In Helsinki, for example, in 2014 it is planned to sell the property for €15 million, according to ee24.com referring to the Finnish media.

Recently an unknown Russian billionaire bought the most expensive house in Finland - a mansion in the exclusive district of Helsinki Kaivopuisto, which previously housed the Egyptian Embassy. An investor from Moscow paid €13 million for a two-storey house of 322 square meters, built in 1887.
