In 2012, apartments prices in Estonia grew by 7.4%, and homes - by 7% year on year, according to portal 4-traders.
In the fourth quarter 2012, there were the following indicators: the house price index in Estonia increased by 1.4%, as compared to the fourth quarter 2011 – by 5.8%. Prices for apartments decreased by 2.8%, while home prices increased by 1.7%, compared to the third quarter 2012.
In the last quarter 2012, apartments rose by 4.6%, and homes - by 8.4% during the year.
