The highest growth in property prices in Estonia recorded in Tallinn

The price index for apartments in Estonia increased by 2.7% in February 2013 compared to January and by 9% compared to February 2012, reported dv.ee referring to research firm Ober-Haus.

According to the latest data, property price rising recorded in Tallinn (+3.3% compared to January 2013). Apartments became cheaper in Tartu (-0.9%, 946 euros per square meter) and Pärnu (-1.1%, 732 euros).

In February 2013, in Tallinn was concluded 576 deals with buying and selling of apartments, which is 13.2% more same period last year. The average price per square meter in the Estonian capital is 1173 euros.
