Wealthy owners of property in London make requests for individual rooms, wine libraries, or vinotheque, as designers and realtors say. Earlier wine collectors purchased special box-fridge or wine racks in their premium apartments, the ee24.com portal informs citing kommersant.ru.
The apartments in London for wine storage resemble museum halls equipped with the latest technology, as a system of fingerprint recognition and wireless control. Also tastings can be arranged in the vinotheque, as there are spitting bowl drink, tables, chairs and so on.
For example, a wine library in one of the houses in the prestigious Belgravia is underground, so they can evaluate the master's wine collection through a glass floor in the hallway. According to the designers, the interiors of these rooms are usually finished with valuable timber and bronze – high-tech style is out of favor.
Some developers of premium segment (real estate for £5 million and more) cooperate with producers of wine, that home buyers can purchase at the same time a rich wine collection.
