UK Rents fell by nearly 2.4% since 2008

Over the past five years rents in the UK fell by nearly 2.4%, according to Belvoir Lettings. In 2008 the monthly rent was £ 705. Then came the crisis, and prices began to fall slowly. Some rental growth was recorded in 2011 and 2012. Now the price tag is beginning to stabilize.
