The cost of the mansion, which is considered one of the best buildings in London, is about 300 times higher than the average property price in the UK. The house with eight bedrooms, steam room, gym and a luxurious pool. The house was built in 1896 for the shipowner and mogul Russell Rea.

On average, the maintenance of this type of real estate costs about £200,000 (€240,000) annualy. This amount includes the council tax of £2,143 (€2,567), utility payments in the amount of £20,000 (€24,000), security £50,000 (€60,000), cleaning costs £20,000, housekeeper's salary £ 30,000 (€36,000), insurance £67,250 (€80,571) and the gardener £6,000 (€7,188).
