One Cornwall Terrace, which history started almost 200 years ago, put up for sale for 160 million dollars.

According to Business Insider, luxurious house was built in 1820. Name of the house comes from the name of its first owner - King George IV, the Duke of Cornwall. The house impress with it sizes - the area of the royal residence no less 2000 square meters.  The house includes over then seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms and eleven reception-rooms.

Home of George IV is one of eight houses that belonged to the king. Building was obtained a status of historical monument because of its high significance. This protects the house from any attempt to demolish it. Despite the impressive price - 160 million dollars - the building is still behind the most expensive house in the UK, which is estimated at 484 million dollars.
