This is the view of Sam Wallace, a representative of Deutsche Bank AG in London. According to him, the market of the British capital very quickly "picks up" the trend of falling prices of real estate in the country. This is especially true for office premises, located at the central part of the city.
The forecast of Wallace is following: the price of offices in the heart of London may decline by an average of 10-17%. But in some areas the decline in value of commercial property may be even 30%. The assumption of a representative of Deutsche Bank AG is quite pessimistic, as analysts predicted a less severe decline (around 10-12%).
However, not all is so sad – according to experts, the British capital will be able to maintain its exceptional position in the long-term perspective.
