Paolo Bellini told about investment opportunities in Italy

On the first exhibition day, took place events dedicated to the European real estate theme. Paolo Bellini, President of the I.R.A. (Italian-Russian Association) spoke about investment opportunities in Italy. In particular, he believes that "despite the political complications, Italy is still a lighthouse for Russian buyers. Yet the country needs a law, same to the Spanish one, which will allow the Russian buyers to obtain a residence permit when buying real estate."

Italian Bellini was followed by Miguel Angel Martin de Pablos, Representative of Spanish Trade Mission in Russia, who just spoke about the "golden visa" in his country. The main message of the Spaniards, which they have not changed for a couple of years, is that you should buy while the market is bottoming out.

Despite all the political tensions, the number of foreign exhibitors has remained unchanged. Real estate agents and developers, who came to Moscow, note that that they won’t stop fighting for the Russian consumers: politics are politics but business is business. By the way, most of the participants are precisely form those European countries that have imposed sanctions against Russia. In the Moscow’s “Gostiniy Dvor” are exhibited realtors and developers from Bulgaria, Italy, Greece, Latvia, Spain, France, Germany, Hungary and Cyprus. Also are presented many agencies from non EU Turkey and Montenegro. Serbia and the Czech Republic, which are in demand among the Russians, are represented only by a few companies.

The above list of countries as a whole displays the main destinations where the Russians want to move. The ee24.com has distinguished the most popular countries based on data from search system. On October 16, Konstantin Grape, Managing partner of the ee24.com presented the report "Top 10 countries in Europe, that are in demand among Russians.
