The most expensive apartment in the capital of the Czech Republic costs 29 times more than the cheapest one, their prices are €1,265,125 and €43,413 respectively. Range of footage is also wide: the buyer can choose apartments from 24 sq.m to 345.7 sq.m.
At the same time, the appetite of developers clearly exceed the capabilities of customers. Thus, in H1 2014 the average price of sold apartments in Prague was €137.1 thousand, and the cost per sq.m - €2,008.
