Prices for new apartments in the Czech Republic reached €1,186 per sq.m, which makes the republic the regional leader by this indicator. For example, a square meter in Hungary costs by €269 less, writes ee24.com citing radio.cz.

From the research Deloitte, which compares property prices in 14 European countries, it's clear that the most expensive housing is in London: near downtown it goes for €10 thousand per sq.m. Paris takes 2nd place.

The most affordable property is located in Budapest, Lisbon, and Warsaw. Apartments in the latter are for sale for €750 per sq.m. Apartments in Prague are in the middle of the list, they worth 2 times more than the national average, and comparable by prices with apartments in Madrid.
