Price reduction was uneven. On the Adriatic Sea coast the rate of decline was less dramatic: only 2.6% compared with August 2012. And compared with July 2013 prices have grown by 0.6%.

Apartments in Croatia had an average cost of €1,581 per sq.m. in August of this year, that is 0.4% higher than previous month and by 5.6% lower in annual terms.
Apartments on the Croatian Adriatic coast had an average cost of €1,975 per sq.m. in August 2013, which is 0.6% higher than in August of 2012 and by 0.4% higher than in July 2013.
Villas on the coast had an average cost of €1,531 per sq.m., that is 1.1% higher than July's figures, and 3.2% lower than a year earlier.
