Stabilization in property prices in Bulgaria was proved out by statistics

In Q4 2013, housing in Bulgaria has become by 0.1% cheaper compared with the previous period, and by 1.2% compared with the last year, according to ee24.com citing nsi.bg. As before, the square meter of property in Bulgaria was worth €442 (864.52 leva). 

The most expensive houses and apartments in Bulgaria are still being sold in regions of Sofia, Varna and Burgas (€745, €703 and €569 per sq.m, respectively). The cheapest accommodation in Bulgaria can be found in Kyustendil region, located in the west of the country, on the border with Serbia and Macedonia. Housing in that part of Bulgaria costs only €258 per sq.m.

Stabilization in property prices in Bulgaria is a natural process of recovery, which was predicted by ee24.com experts several months ago.
