Russians are the main buyers of real estate on the coast of Bulgaria

Mayor of Balchik city, Nikolay Angelov, said that Russians and citizens of the former Soviet Union were the main investors in residential real estate, hotel and tourist facilities, writes ee24.com citing monitor.bg.

More than two thousand people, for whom Russian is their native language, live in the municipality of Balchik. Most of them have chosen property in Kranevo, located 10 km south of Balchik.

Rumen Nikolov, Kranevo's headman, told that the Russians were investing not only in the apartments, but also in commercial real estate related to tourism and leasure. In particular, the Russian company completes the construction of 5-star luxury spa centre , which will be the only such facility in Kranevo.
