Housing prices in Sofia dropped below 1000 euros per sq.m. for the first time in five years. Housing in Sofia became cheaper in general, by 6% over the last year, in the western part of the city, prices fell by 9%, and in the suburbs by 19%, according to news agency Novinite.
At the same time, housing prices around the second line of the Sofia metro, which will soon be opened, rose slightly. This information is based on market research conducted in 2012.
