The wealthiest Europeans are citizens of Belgium, reported the newspaper Le Soir. Their total financial savings are €770.2 billion. Belgian real estate valued at €1 trillion.
According to Le Soir, the average Belgian has bank balances of 67,158 euros of savings. In addition to the Belgians, assiduous people of the Old World are residents of the Netherlands (each citizen accounts for 61 219 euros). The next in the list are Luxembourg (60 366 euros), France (41,407 euros) and Germany (38 702 euros).
