Albanian government is looking for investors to support a large-scale "green" business park in Tirana worth €100 million and worked out by Lindner Group. Edi Rama, Balkan country Prime Minister, made a state call to Qatar, among its purposes was improvement of the investment climate in the country that will affect real estate prices – reports ee24.com with reference to albania-news.ru.
The State Investment Fund of Qatar (Qatar Investment Authority) may invest in Albanian projects, including Tirana Business Park located near the airport named after Mother Teresa. It became known in early April 2014 that this investment project includes 15 commercial buildings: shopping malls, logistics centers, office space, two multi-level parking.
The first part of a business park in Tirana is estimated at €20 million, and the total cost is €100 million. Construction will be carried in accordance with "green" standards with an eye on sustainability and energy efficiency of buildings. The project is planned to be finished in 2022.
