Representatives of the American investment company SIVA headed by company president Simon Eliakim and Prime Minister of Albania Sali Berisha, discussed investment potential of Albania.
According to experts of SIVA Albania is an excellent country for investment and implementation of major construction projects in the field of tourism and entertainment according to its favorable geographical position and developing tourism infrastructure. Foreign delegation offer several projects to the Prime Minister.
This includes the project "Casino and Resort Millennium" worth two billion dollars, which involves the construction of a whole luxury tourist resort with developed infrastructure: villas, hotels, tennis courts and casino.
However, Simon Eliakim present to the prime minister a number of projects for construction and reconstruction of roads and railways, including the railway between Albania and Kosovo, as well as tunnels, ports and even tram tracks.
