About the project
Salut residential complex is notable for its architecture - the complex consists of two towers, one of which is with cascading number of storeys. The tower, standing alone, will be with rounded corners, will add variety to the planning. The second tower with cascading number of floors forms a triangle, inside of which there will be a courtyard of the complex. The elevation differences are not sharp, but smooth, with an inclined roof. The roof will be open, which creates additional picturesque places for recreation for residents and their guests.
The courtyard of the complex will be inaccessible for cars, so residents will be able to safely walk around the equipped areas and green recreation areas. The project also includes the arrangement of the embankment along Glinka Lake, because a small lake in the yard is a rarity.

The Salut complex has a convenient transport interchange: near the metro station, public transport stops and one of the main highways of the city - Druzhby Narodov Boulevard.
