About the project
Aria residential complex is a flagship project of Geos. The architects of the project sought to create a recognizable composition in accordance with modern trends in architecture - concrete, metal and glass. Due to the smooth shapes of the facades, variable storeys and location, the appearance of the building will change from different points of view.
Aria will be the first residential complex in Ukraine to apply for a BREEAM certificate - that is, it will meet the environmental performance requirements of the building. The main purpose of the standards is construction that does not harm the environment in terms of site, process and further operation, as well as the materials used.
Infrastructure
The complex is located on the first line of the Boulevard of Friendship of Peoples, which will be the main highway that connects future residents with the capital.
The location of the residential complex Aria in the Pechersk district guarantees a developed infrastructure: close to shopping centers, shops, schools, medical clinics, restaurants, cafes and tea houses.
Prospective residents will be able to buy food at the Novus supermarket right across the street, after 8 minutes to Silpo or 15 minutes to Furshet. Ocean Plaza with its boutiques, shops, restaurants, cinema and the largest public aquarium in Europe is also a 15-minute walk away.
There are enough kindergartens and preschools in the district: a minute walk to the kindergarten "Baby", 5 minutes walk to the kindergarten №325, 15 minutes walk to the kindergarten №450, 10 minutes by car to the private kindergarten "Montessori on Lipki" and "Academy of Happiness". Older children will be able to go to the first grade or continue their education in nearby schools - a specialized school "Intellect", school №181, №130 or a British international school. To continue their studies, Pechersk district also has a large selection of public and private higher education institutions.
