The Woodstoria residential complex in Kyiv is located in the Darnytskyi district, at vul. Poliska, 4. It is located near the forest park zone, in an ecologically safe place, two kilometers from the metro station "Red Farm".
Near the new building there is a school, kindergarten, a short walk from public transport. Nearby are a number of shops, supermarket, pharmacies and beauty salons.
Woodstory is a comfort-class residential complex consisting of two ten-storey buildings and one 17-storey building. Its walls, which are made of high quality bricks, are insulated with mineral wool, followed by plastering and painting, which gives them an attractive appearance and reduces heating costs to the minimum possible level.
Installation of REHAU double-chamber packages in windows during construction further reduces heat energy losses. All communications are centralized, including hot water supply and heating, for the accounting of which apartment meters are installed.
