About the project
Slavutich 2.0 is a continuation of the idea of the Slavutich complex in the Dnieper Bay. The complexes complement each other in an architectural style and create a common living space concept with autonomous infrastructure.
The concept “yard without a car” is implemented in the courtyard - the interior of the Slavutich 2.0 complex is not accessible for cars and is divided into children's, sports and walking zones, which are interconnected by pedestrian alleys.

The complex has a convenient transport interchange - a metro station right next to the houses, close to the South Bridge, connecting to the right bank, a minute to a public transport stop, 20 minutes to Boryspil Airport.
The Slavutich 2.0 internal infrastructure development project includes commercial premises on the ground floors of houses and the construction of a shopping center on the territory of the complex.
To prevent families with young children from wasting time looking for a day care center, a kindergarten will be opened in the complex. In kindergartens of the Osokorki microdistrict, a car ride takes 5-10 minutes. For adult children, school number 314, number 309 is nearby - 8 minutes by car, to school No. 329 - 10 minutes, 6 minutes to go to the Kiev engineering gymnasium.
