Description
Our project consists of 6 blocks and 430 apartments on an area of 30,000 m2 in the district
Chayyrkey in Kocaeli. Our 7-storey blocks have a duplex with a garden,
a duplex on the roof and ordinary apartments from 1+1 to 4.5+1.As part of the project, some
of our apartments have a sauna and a Turkish bath. On the territory of our complex
there are indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor playgrounds for children,
entertainment areas for adults, an amphitheater, a cafe, a basketball court,
a tennis court, fitness, a Turkish bath, a sauna as common areas with round-the-clock
security.
