After purchasing a room, the investor receives a fixed income of 7% for 2 years, which is guaranteed to be paid regardless of the profit or occupancy of the hotel. Starting from the third year, the investor receives income that will depend on the occupancy of the hotel and profit (Rent pool system). On average, the yield will be 7-8% per annum.
The contract is valid for 20 years. At the same time, the investor does not incur any operating costs – he simply receives income.
The owner of the room and his family will be able to obtain Turkish citizenship within a few months after purchase.
