About the project
The new building volume is divided into three residential buildings and a commercial base and creates the scale reference to the built environment.
The crenellations arranged at the front characterize the front facades and give the new development a harmonious architectural expression.
The area on the commercial base is mostly used as a communal outdoor space with benches and raised beds, supplemented by a pavilion.
The pitched roofs are covered with an integrated full-surface solar system.
The apartments on the 2nd attic have a private roof garden.
