Description
The villa was built in the early twentieth century and is located on the prestigious Ruvigliana hill. It has tried to adapt the architecture to the morphology of the territory, thereby giving stunning views of the beautiful Lake Lugano.
Thanks to a careful restoration project, for both indoor and outdoor, can be traced references typical of Italian style, which blend well with the surroundings. Inside it chose to embellish through stucco and moldings on the ceiling and stays the master bedroom.
The grounds are inspired by Italian gardens; on various levels we have been planted plants typical of the Mediterranean vegetation, scents and colors that give these to transport the imagination to faraway places.

39.5 m² main entrance with a Roman-style fresco painted by a famous painter from Ticino, Professor Sandro Horse.

Going up a floor is a gym, a laundry room and two service rooms for a total of 128.6 m².
The main floor consists of a living room, a kitchen and a winter garden with an area of 112.3 m².
At the next floor there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room with an area of 82.4 m•.
The last attic floor consists of three bedrooms, a bathroom and two wardrobe rooms for an area of 78 m².
The house has a garage of about 108 m2 which can accommodate up to 5 cars.
In addition to the above areas, the house has a large solarium with a balcony and terrace and a lodge for an area of 264.8 m², in addition to a 20.5 m² technical room.
The total area of the land is approximately 725 m².
