The island is located in Lake Mälaren, an hour from Stockholm by car or boat, with total area of 62 acres (about 25 hectares). There are a main villa, guest houses, a hunting lodge, a pool and a spa in the open air, horse stables, a dock and several golf holes and a perfect field, where someone can land on the light airplane or helicopter. Also there is an 11th century Viking Fortress.
