But for the complete elimination of visa the permission from all the countries of the Schengen zone is required. The consent to the introduction of a visa-free regime was already declared by the representatives of Finland, Italy and some other countries.
This year has been declared the year of tourism between Spain and Russia, it started on the 5th of April. The Russians received some visa relief: the documents are now issued within 3 days. Another measure concerns the residents of Moscow and Yekaterinburg - now they do not need to spend a long time in the visa application center for submission of documents.
