Queries below the average are observed in the following provinces: Cantabria (€225,300; 89%), Tenerife (€225,100; 89%), Alicante (€195,300; 77%), Granada (€179,300; 71%), Tarragona (€176,000; 70%), Valencia (€168,000; 67%).

The cheapest real estate is in the Spanish province of Jaén, in the region of Andalusia. Property costs about €55,000, which is 22% lower than the national average price level. Also the provinces with low-cost real estate are Teruel (€73,300; 29%), Lugo (€86,000; 34%), Castellon (€136,000; 54%), Almeria (€140,000; 55%) and Murcia (€147,200; 58%).
