Have you ever dreamt of living on a finca where you hear nothing but the bees buzzing and birds singing? Would you like to sit on your own and private terrace, not being looked over by any neighbours and yet being able to see miles and miles of mountain ranges, a lake, the sea and a tiny white village in the distance? Your dream can come true on this finca in the neighbourhood of the most expensive and exclusive area on the island, Monte Leon. On your way to the finca you have lovely views of the beautiful villas as well as Palmitos Park and the great Canarian landscape. You have a perfect paved road upto 1 km from the house. From there you have a hard-surfaced country road that can be driven easily by any car. All-in-all the journey takes 20 minutes from Maspalomas.
Once you are at the finca, you enter through a fenced area and can park several cars in your own roofed parking area. You walk through a 200-year old wooden gate to reach the pool with a view over the valley of Ayaguares. The views are spectacular, because the valley streches under your feet in a depth of one kilometer and you are surrounded with mountains of over 1000 meters.
There is a terrace of about 100 m2 in front of the house with a barbacue corner. Entering the house you find a living room with a fireplace, kitchen, diningroom, two bedrooms, both en-suite and very spacious.
At the end of the terrace there is a separate little studio with its own bathroom for guests. There is a possibility to have a fourth bedroom in the large storage room at the back of the house.
The house has normal electricity supply from the mains, but also has solar panels and a little wwindmill for more independence. Water also comes from the mains, but you can buy more economic water for the irrigation system of the gardens from the reservoir and there are two large water-tanks on the finca ensuring water in any circumstances.
The finca has numerous fruit trees, olive trees and other plants, a glass-house for vegetables and a lot of beautiful indigonous plants from the Canary Islands.
There is a second entrance from the top of the finca, where you have some extra premises used for storage preseently, but coul also be turned int a separate little studio.
